dc.description.abstract | In the paper are presented elements of drawing theory and technology of the high mechanical strength wires, when the auger die is located in the maximum of the waves oscillation and it is activated on drawing direction. Force parameters are determined based on the theorem of total consumed power considering metal-tool friction Coulomb type. In order to form a stable system of stationary waves into processed wire there are used ultrasonic energy reflectors. The experiments are accomplished in laboratory on wires made of RUL 1V/ AISI 52100. | ro_RO |
