dc.description.abstract	The 316 austenitic stainless steel powders are typically used in applications requiring good corrosion resistance, mechanical strength at high and very low temperatures, good ductility, wear resistance, associated in some cases with adequate porosity. The paper presents some experimental research on the production of sintered 316 stainless steel powders and their characterization in terms of microstructure and wear resistance.	ro_RO
