Therefore, we assist to a relative emergency of strategic intelligence adjustment framework, to channel the managerial capability mechanisms, from current detective orientation capabilities toward anticipatory ones. Based upon exploitation of an organizational profiling database, we try our contribution to this challenging debate, by formulating recommendations for strategic adjustment and prototype testing of the potential solutions, through a designed transition matrix from market oriented to vision oriented organizations.
