<title>The Impact of the Technological Equipment Vibration on the Environment</title>
<link>http://arthra.ugal.ro/handle/20.500.14043/24553</link>
<description>The Impact of the Technological Equipment Vibration on the Environment
Leopa, Adrian
The shocks &amp; vibrations generated by the operation of such tools, are&#13;
conveyed to the foundation environment affecting both the near – by&#13;
building safety and the comfort of the unit personnel and of the&#13;
surrounding building inhabitants. In this paper is presented the real&#13;
situation of the production process of the forging hammer. The effects of&#13;
vibration on the technological equipment and also environment will&#13;
evaluate.

<title>The Dynamics of the Rigid Body with Passive Hydraulics Linkages</title>

<description>The Dynamics of the Rigid Body with Passive Hydraulics Linkages
Axinti, Gavril; Nedelcuț, Florin
The paper refers to the case of the rigid body subject to linkages&#13;
materialised through linear hydraulics engines. We will settle the&#13;
mathematic model of the rigid and will determine its kinetic and dynamic&#13;
characteristics. We accentuate the dynamic characteristics of the&#13;
hydraulic linkage and the mutual influences between the rigid body and&#13;
the linkage. We include the passive hydraulic linkage into the group of&#13;
holonomic linkages.

<title>The Impact of Occupational Noise on the Workers. Romanian and EU Legislation</title>
<link>http://arthra.ugal.ro/handle/20.500.14043/24551</link>
<description>The Impact of Occupational Noise on the Workers. Romanian and EU Legislation
Drăgan, Nicușor
Noise is most obviously a problem in industries such as manufacturing,&#13;
mining and construction but it can also be an issue in a wide range of other&#13;
working environments like energy, transports, call centers, schools,&#13;
orchestra pits, bars and restaurants, entertainment. At the same time, the&#13;
noise pollution is an element with a very important influence on the human&#13;
life: in rezidential areas, schools, public institutions, hospitals,&#13;
entertainment areas). About the impact of the noise at work, one in five of&#13;
Europe’s workers has to raise their voices to be heard for at least half of&#13;
the time that they are at work and 7% suffer from work-related hearing&#13;
difficulties. The most well-known effect of noise at work is loss of hearing,&#13;
a problem observed among handworkers from beginning of 18-th century.&#13;
Noise-induced hearing loss is the most common reported occupational&#13;
disease in the European Union. However, it can also ex-acerbate stress and&#13;
increase the risk of accidents. Exposure to noise at work can harm&#13;
workers’ health. This article describes the effects of workplace noise and&#13;
outlines the key issues surrounding noise at work, including the risks, legal&#13;
responsibilities and solutions.

<title>The Noise at Work and the Professional Diseases</title>

<description>The Noise at Work and the Professional Diseases
Drăgan, Nicușor
This article describes the effects of workplace noise and outlines the&#13;
main steps that should be taken to reduce and control noise at work.&#13;
Exposure to noise at work can harm workers’ health. The most wellknown&#13;
effect of noise at work is loss of hearing, a problem observed among&#13;
coppersmiths since XVIII-th century. However, it can also ex-acerbate&#13;
stress and increase the risk of accidents. Eliminating or reducing excessive&#13;
noise at work is not simply a legal responsibility for employers; it is also in&#13;
an organization’s commercial interests. The safer and healthier the&#13;
working environment, the lower the probability of costly absenteeism,&#13;
accidents and under-performance.
